Volunteers will represent their hospital campus by completing a survey assessing key performance metrics, as well as other opinion-related questions that ask about your thoughts on the usefulness of metrics related to the categories of Performance Management, Budgeting, Safety, and Customer Service in Facilities Management.
Volunteers should ideally have the approval of their Director of Facilities Management, and be willing to fill out an online survey. The actual survey will take no more than 45 minutes to complete, and can be completed entirely online.
In order for you to be able to volunteer, you must work in Facilities Management at a healthcare campus that includes a hospital, and the bulk of your facility management activities should be handled in-house (not fully outsourced). You should also have the approval of the head of Facilities Management to participate in the project. We can help you discuss this opportunity with your supervisor, if you would like.
Results will be shared with all participants.
