ASHE is seeking abstract reviewers for the 2026 Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference, taking place in Minneapolis, MN.

Abstracts will be submitted until October 31, 2025, under various learning tracks, which we use to break the work out into groups. Reviewers will be assigned a learning track, each led by a chair & co-chair, and each group will review anywhere from 10 to 35 abstracts. Abstract reviewers receive a discounted registration for their participation.

Must be an ASHE Member to participate.

Abstract submissions will be accepted through October 31, 2025, and will be organized into various learning tracks. Each track is led by a chair and co-chair, and reviewers will be assigned to one track. Reviewers can expect to evaluate between 10 to 35 abstracts. As a thank-you for your time and expertise, abstract reviewers receive discounted conference registration.

 

Reviewer Responsibilities

We’re asking for just a few hours of your time to help shape the 2026 conference experience!

  • Review and score submitted abstracts within your assigned track.
  • Evaluate speakers and their proposed presentation style.
  • Attend a virtual meeting led by your track’s chair and co-chair.
  • Provide constructive feedback on:
    • Learning track alignment
    • Knowledge level
    • Abstract topic relevance
    • Speaker quality
    • Any missing elements or areas for improvement

Key Dates for Reviewers

  • Call for Abstracts: October 1–31, 2025
  • Review Period: November 3–17, 2025
  • ASHE Sends Top 10: November 21, 2025
  • Virtual Track Meetings (led by Chair & Co-Chair): November 22–December 17, 2025
  • Final Top 10 Abstracts Submitted to ASHE by Chairs: December 17, 2025
