Call for Volunteers: Young Professionals Task Force

ASHE is seeking volunteers to serve on the Young Professionals Task Force (YPTF) — a dedicated group focused on engaging, empowering, and representing early-career professionals across our membership.

If you care about creating meaningful opportunities for young professionals and shaping their experience within ASHE, this is your chance to make a direct impact.

Enhance the HFIC Annual Conference Experience

• Recommend and help implement programming that appeals to early-career professionals

• Provide input on networking events, peer-led panels, and career development workshops

• Advise on marketing and engagement strategies targeting young attendees

Review Shadow a Leader Program Applications

• Review Shadow and Mentor applications within established deadlines

• Assess and recommend improvements to program structure

• Help develop metrics and feedback systems to measure program effectiveness

Support Emerging Initiatives

• Contribute to additional projects that support young professionals as identified by ASHE leadership
