The MyASHE Response Committee is being established to identify, assess, and respond to All Community Discussion posts in MyASHE. Committee members will provide community engagement and knowledge sharing by providing clarification and/or explanation on key posts. The MyASHE space is designed to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge amongst ASHE members who are curious and invested in health care facility field and solving challenges they face in the field. This member committee will regularly monitor My ASHE All Members Community discussions and develop and post responses to those discussions that may require attention from the Regulatory Affairs team.
ASHE is looking for volunteers that represent a balanced cross-section of our membership. Experience and expertise needed include:
- Health system facility leaders

- Small facility fewer than 100 beds
- Medium facility between 100 and 499 beds
- Large facility more than 500 beds
- Academic Medical Center
- Specialty Medical Center
- Codes/Standards experts
- Infection Prevention
- Safety/risk management (EHS/industrial hygiene)
- Associate Member
- AHJ/Accrediting Organization
Committee members will need to attend one call every other week and agree to monitor and respond in MyASHE for a specific time frame each month.
Estimated monthly commitment needed is 4-8 hours.
