NFPA 99 -2012 11.6.5.2.1 says that "When the facility employees cylinders with an integral pressure gauge, it shall establish the threshold pressure at which a cylinder is considered empty." What pressure threshold do you use to define an empty cylinder? 

 Do you have any photos of how you segregate full and empty cylinders that you would be willing to share?
